We had a great experience with Jose and Thomas from Rasco Plumbing & Rooter! I reached out this afternoon through Yelp because our kitchen sink was badly clogged. Another plumber had already tried snaking it but couldn’t get it cleared. I got a quick response with a quote, and they scheduled us for 6pm the same day—which was impressive since other companies told me I’d have to wait until the next day just for an inspection. Later, they called to let me know they might be delayed due to a previous job, which I really appreciated. Even though it was late, they still made it out and got the job done! Jose and Thomas were knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and affordable. Our sink is working perfectly again, and I’m so grateful. I’ll definitely call them again for future plumbing needs.
